Product Dev Analyst

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a results driver Product Development Analyst to drive best practices and support the technology organization to achieve best in class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Management Complies with and enforces all company safety procedures and completes all safety training as required Identifies and cultivates opportunities to improve working area conditions and works with maintenance and engineering on the implementation of new ideas Reports all safety related incidents and assists in the investigation of root causes and development of corrective actions Raw Material Code Management Entry of raw materials in ERP system Consolidation of raw materials including qualification, work on generic codes, and use of optimal raw materials in active formulation Design change form management Initial data collection on new additive and resin samples Technical database development Inventory Control Management Drive NC team meetings and develop action plans for work-off of NC materials Develop action plans for work-off of aged good inventory Coordinate activities related to raw material palette consolidation Product Development TDS and tech bulletin management Customer contract management

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or engineering or five or more years of experience in product development.

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $100,000
