Job Category Supply Chain & Procurement Position Summary The Senior Inventory Deployment Analyst is responsible for managing the deployment of inventory across various plant warehouses and distribution centers to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Ensures availability of product through the monitoring and oversight of inventory systems. Resolves unacceptable situations with customers, as well as problems between shipping locations, receiving departments, and inventory analysts to ensure planned arrival of product. The Senior Inventory Deployment Analyst will focus on improving stock availability, minimizing excess inventory, and reducing transportation costs. Works closely with supply chain, logistics, sales, and customer support teams to enhance inventory performance and support business goals. Responsibilities Analyze inventory data to develop and implement inventory deployment strategies. Monitor inventory levels across multiple plant warehouses and distribution centers to ensure optimal stock levels. Utilize inventory management systems to track inventory movements and update deployment plans. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues in coordination with relevant teams. Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and improve efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for inventory deployment processes. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless inventory distribution. Support business relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field. Technical experience with Blue Yonder Daily Deployment and SAP highly desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Analytical thinking, time management, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of transportation and logistics principles.
