Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst with relevant experience to support and optimize our supply chain and operational processes. The role will involve analyzing supply chain, inventory, procurement, logistics, and operational data; monitoring key performance indicators; identifying process gaps and inefficiencies; and providing actionable, data-driven insights to improve cost, inventory efficiency, service levels, operational performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, logistics, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop, maintain, and improve regular MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports. Track and report key supply chain KPIs, including inventory levels and turnover, stock availability and stock-outs, order fulfillment and service levels, purchase order and supplier performance, lead times, logistics and transportation performance, order cycle time, and forecast accuracy. Analyze operational and supply chain data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance. Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and process gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Support management with periodic analysis, business reviews, and ad-hoc reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, supply planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, operations analytics, or a related function. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and key supply chain KPIs. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF/nested formulas, conditional formatting, data cleaning and validation, charts, dashboards, and large-data analysis. Experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement, inventory, or supply chain management systems. Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence / data visualization tool is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large datasets and convert data into actionable business insights. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Good understanding of reporting, data reconciliation, and KPI tracking. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
