The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting tools, and the ability to collaborate with procurement, operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to improve supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, procurement trends, demand forecasts, and logistics performance. Monitor and optimize inventory to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels. Track key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, inventory turnover, lead time, and forecast accuracy. Support demand planning and replenishment activities. Assist in resolving supply chain disruptions and operational bottlenecks. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, sales, and procurement Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or operations analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboards. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
