Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support manufacturing operations through effective inventory management, production coordination, and data-driven reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting cost-efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, management, and cross-functional teams across manufacturing and distribution to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of business needs. Key Responsibilities Analyze inventory levels and production plans to ensure optimal product availability while supporting cost-efficient manufacturing and inventory practices Maintain accurate inventory control, including physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance resolution Prepare, generate, and distribute operational and management reports as assigned Review and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and process optimization Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to support daily operational needs Coordinate shipment planning and scheduling to support efficient product distribution Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as needed by management Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required Experience Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, administrative support, supply chain, or office-based operational roles Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of manufacturing or operational processes and related administrative procedures Ability to interpret and follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business systems (SAP or similar ERP experience preferred) Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and support decision-making Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to cross-functional initiatives Additional Information This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
