Logistics Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Entry-Level Logistics Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting daily logistics operations, ensuring shipment visibility, managing costs, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the grit to work through complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage high-volume email communications related to shipments, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Track and investigate shipment statuses, proactively identifying delays and resolving issues
• Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
• Build and present business cases to support operational improvements and strategic decisions
• Process and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts and services rendered
• Support cost management initiatives, including vendor negotiations and rate analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, procurement, and external partners to ensure seamless execution

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to comb through large data sets
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated grit, resilience, and a proactive attitude in tackling challenges
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools is preferred
