Job Description

About Skyline Cabinetry Skyline Cabinetry is a wholesale manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, headquartered at Farmers Branch, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth area). Skyline Cabinetry is an RTA cabinetry manufacturer operating alongside a network of multiple sister companies nationwide. Together, the group manages a shared catalog of SKUs, coordinates inventory across regional locations, and serves customers through a fast-moving, multi-entity supply chain. Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory planning, SKU governance, and order fulfillment across Skyline Cabinetry and its sister companies. This role owns the numbers behind stock levels and reorder decisions, and works cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to keep the right products in stock at the right locations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and validate the SKU catalog across Skyline Cabinetry and its sister companies, flagging invalid, duplicate, or discontinued SKUs. Monitor stock levels by location and calculate reorder quantities using order-up-to level and safety stock methodology. Review and validate incoming invoices against purchase orders and SKU records to catch pricing or quantity discrepancies. Analyze sales data across sister companies to identify demand trends, slow-moving inventory, and stockout risk. Partner with purchasing and warehouse teams to align reorder timing with lead times and seasonal demand. Support month-end and ad hoc reporting on inventory, fill rate, and supply chain KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 0-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, procurement, or a related analytical role. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and comfort building/reading workbook-based reporting. Familiarity with inventory concepts such as safety stock, reorder point, and order-up-to level. Comfortable working with data across multiple business units or locations. Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies in SKUs, invoices, or stock records. Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination. Preferred Skills Experience in cabinetry, building products, furniture, or another manufacturing/distribution industry. Exposure to ERP or inventory management systems. Basic SQL or data analysis tooling (Power Query, Python, or similar) a plus. Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location operations. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
