Job Description

Schedule Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm Overtime based on business needs What You Will Do Coordinate inbound material flow to ensure timely receipt and availability of materials supporting manufacturing operations. Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, purchase order issues, quantity variances, damaged shipments, and documentation concerns. Serve as the primary liaison between Receiving, Purchasing, Quality, Inventory Control, Planning, and Production to resolve material-related issues. Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and carriers to optimize dock utilization, warehouse capacity, and receiving efficiency. Partner with Quality and Inventory Control teams to manage inspections, nonconforming materials, inventory accuracy, and material release processes. Monitor inbound shipments, communicate potential supply risks, and support production priorities through timely material availability. Reconcile receiving transactions, audit incoming materials, maintain accurate records, and prepare performance and inventory-related reports. Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures. What You Need Required High School Diploma or equivalent Five (5) years relevant work experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, production planning, logistics, or supply chain operations. Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekends and evenings as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience working within ERP systems (SAP preferred) $ 35.30 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
