The primary responsibility of the Inventory Planner will be to support multiple business unit's supply chain function. The role will involve monitoring and supporting business units to optimize inventory levels, root cause analysis as it relates to metrics. The Inventory Planner gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations. This role will also support the local materials teams and will provide reporting and support in replenishment methods. The Inventory Planner is accountable for continuous improvement and responsible for communicating and collaborating with Demand and Supply Planners on capacity, future volume, and demand trends. Required Work Experience 0-2 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field (entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, are eligible). Demonstrated experience working in team-based environments, such as group projects, internships, extracurricular activities, showcasing collaboration and problem-solving. Preferred Work Experience 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or operations roles, such as inventory management, procurement, logistics coordination, or data analytics. Internship or co-op experience in supply chain management, operations, data analysis, or process improvement.
