Job Description
SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst. The selected candidate will provide hands-on logistics and sustainment support for the EA 37B and EC 130H Compass Call aircraft within an AFMC Big Safari depot. This role focuses on improving depot maintenance processes, ensuring parts and repairs flow efficiently, maintaining accurate technical data, and supporting reliable, cost-effective sustainment of mission critical systems. What You'll Do Review depot maintenance processes to identify delays, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Support planning and management of depot parts, repairable items, and provisioning requirements Coordinate with program offices, field units, suppliers, and contractors to ensure repairs and components are returned on time Work with sustainment engineers to update technical data, address obsolescence issues, and manage configuration changes Assist with contracts, Statements of Work, vendor oversight, and depot logistics support agreements Analyze repair turnaround times, spares requirements, and inventory levels to reduce delays and improve readiness Update depot technical orders, maintenance instructions, and data packages Support depot testing, verification, and post modification checks to ensure changes are supportable Identify risks such as supplier issues or capacity shortages and recommend mitigation actions. Provide regular reports on depot performance, including repair times, throughput, spare fill rates, and cost impacts Train and mentor depot personnel on logistics processes and repairable management best practices What You'll Bring High school diploma and 6+ years of experience in logistics, depot maintenance, sustainment engineering, or supply chain roles related to aircraft or complex systems An active Top Secret clearance is required Experience with depot provisioning, repair flow management, or life cycle sustainment activities Knowledge of Air Force depot processes, technical orders, configuration management, and DMSMS Familiarity with repairable management, RTAT analysis, and inventory optimization Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience working across government, contractor, and field teams Willingness to travel as needed Ways to Stand Out - Preferred Requirements Experience supporting
