•SAIC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Oak Harbor, WA. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our warehouse operations, ensuring all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
+ Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy of orders, and coordinate with carriers.
+ Maintain and track Technical Directive (TD) kits, ensuring all components are accounted for and ready for use.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse staff and higher-level management, providing updates on inventory, shipments, and operational challenges.
+ Prepare all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs forms.
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support overall logistics and warehouse functions.
•Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree and 5 (five) or more years of experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be expected.
+ Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to lift and move packages and stand for extended periods.
+ A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
+ Interim secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
SAIC will sponsor the clearance process. + Candidate must be a US citizen
Desired Skills/Experience:
+ Prior experience with EA-18G highly preferred.
+ Ability to pass DOT physical and obtain a forklift license.
Target salary range:
$80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
