Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities As a Inventory Analyst for JD Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI, you will:- Serve as a subject matter expert for inventory related transactions in SAP
- Lead the processing of OIA count documents
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and provide root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of inventory accuracy
- Provide work direction to inventory counting team VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need
- Experience with material flow, operations and/or warehousing
- Experience with data analysis and problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams,etc...)
- Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team
- Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support inventory projects ## What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with SAP Warehouse Module / Inventory Control / Materials Management Modules/ EWM
- Experience in Supply Management or Operations
- Experience with the Deere Production System
- Experience working with a unionized workforce ## Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
