Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities As a Inventory Analyst for JD Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI, you will:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for inventory related transactions in SAP
• Lead the processing of OIA count documents
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and provide root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of inventory accuracy
• Provide work direction to inventory counting team VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need
• Experience with material flow, operations and/or warehousing
• Experience with data analysis and problem solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams,etc...)
• Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team
• Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support inventory projects ## What Makes You Stand Out
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Module / Inventory Control / Materials Management Modules/ EWM
• Experience in Supply Management or Operations
• Experience with the Deere Production System
• Experience working with a unionized workforce ## Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
