Opportunity of a lifetime for experienced Civil Superintendent!!!!! Local developer is expanding by opening a civil contracting division and looking to bring on an experienced superintendent as partner in this new venture. You will have an opportunity to own part of the business, be guaranteed a competitive salary and grow your business without struggling the first several years.

With this new company, the developer will provide: Startup money Late model equipment with GPS ready to be put to use Past successful business expertise and leading people Accounting and banking (back office) support Contractor and underground utility license You will provide: Experience in leading crews installing underground utilities Experience in GPS-controlled dozer and excavator Good leadership/people skills Grading and road building experience
Pay:
$68,168.63 - $82,095.55 per year
