Aggregate Superintendent

FS Inc. is seeking an experienced Aggregate Crushing Superintendent to lead our daily quarry and plant operations. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, equipment maintenance, and quality control to ensure we meet our safety, production, and budgetary targets. As a leader on the ground, you will oversee crews in crushing and washing processes, optimize material output, and maintain a culture of strict safety compliance.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day crushing and washing operations, including plant layout optimization.
• Monitor material flow and coordinate drilling and blasting activities to maintain a consistent supply.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize material output to meet demand.
• Monitor all employees and quality of work on-site
• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are being followed
• Address any safety violations and concerns immediately
• Provide daily updates and progress of job
• Troubleshoot or adjust plans to keep job ruining smooth and on time
• Enforce all company, MSHA , and OSHA regulations to ensure a zero-harm environment.
• Conduct regular safety training, site inspections, and thorough accident investigations.
• Ensure all equipment and site practices remain in total compliance with federal and state laws.
• Train, supervise, and mentor plant operators and foremen.
• Foster a professional environment focused on performance, growth, and accountability.

Candidate Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to lead and supervise a crew

Construction Experience:

1 year (Preferred)

Aggregate Production:

3 years (Preferred)

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Deep knowledge of crushing/screening equipment and material specifications.
• Current MSHA certifications and OSHA 30-hour training are highly preferred.

Paid Weekly Salary:

$80,000 - $160,000 per year based upon experience
