Manage profit and loss statements for regional operations, analyzing financial data to optimize revenue streams and control costs effectively. Lead and mentor site managers and teams through effective team development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Coordinate project management activities from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Drive process improvements using lean management principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations. Utilize Excel data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets for informed decision-making on operational performance and resource allocation. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders through exceptional customer service and strategic communication. Lead executive-level team meetings to communicate progress, align strategies, and address operational challenges proactively. Qualifications Proven management experience within the mining or resource extraction sector with a track record of supervising large teams and managing multiple sites. Strong financial acumen with expertise in profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and financial management strategies. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to oversee complex initiatives from conception to completion. Proficiency in Excel data analysis for interpreting operational metrics and supporting data-driven decision making. Excellent managerial communication skills capable of motivating teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Solid understanding of operational management principles including lean management techniques and process improvement strategies. Experience in business development efforts to identify new markets or service opportunities within the mining industry. Ability to lead strategic planning initiatives that align with organizational goals while adapting to industry trends. $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
