Foreman/Supervisor

Seeking an experienced and dependable foreman/supervisor to join and lead an existing directional drilling crew. Must have experience installing underground utilities.

The following are also desired:

Mini-excavator experience digging around utilities. Experience operating bore machine (Ditch Witch). Experience locating utilities. Mechanical experience. Other underground construction experience. This is a leadership position. Familiarity with underground construction, experience managing a crew, and delegating tasks are a must. Do not apply unless you have strong leadership and task management capabilities with experience. A valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation are a must. Do not apply if you don't meet these requirements. Must be local to Ascension/Baton Rouge.

Pay:

From $25.00/hour to increase depending on field experience.

Expected hours:

40 - 50+ per week Dependable company doing work in greater Baton Rouge for over 15 years. Paid holidays, paid time off after 1 year, 401(k) with employer contribution after 1 year. We are looking for long-term, lasting staff.
