Purpose & Scope of The Position:

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Robinson mobile crushing units within an active mining environment, while ensuring 100% compliance with Robinson safety and environmental standards. Execute meticulous pre-operational inspections and preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime. Effectively operate heavy equipment around other equipment, balancing high-volume production while maintaining a strong commitment to the company's core values and safety standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain mobile rock crusher Shovel Cable and Dewatering cable management. Meet safety, environmental, attendance, and performance standards. Manage flows and water levels in the pit as needed. Assistance with building, repairing, and maintaining pipelines in and out of the pit. Service and repair both electric pumps. Effective operating skills with cable realer, dozer, wheel loader, and track hoe. Building and grounds maintenance including comfort stations. Works effectively in a team and alone. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Positive attitude and safe work habits. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with ever-changing conditions. Punctuality and regular attendance required. Planning work efficiently with or without a team. Safety improvements. Process efficiency to maximize production. Follow safe work procedures and best practices. Willingness to perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of KGHM.

Required Education, Work Experience & Training:

A valid Driver's License. High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education, Work Experience & Training:

Previous rock crusher operation and maintenance experience. Previous heavy equipment experience.

Technical Skills:

Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. General understanding of mechanical functions. Basic knowledge of computer operation including Microsoft Excel.

Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol testing. Ability to meet the required physical demands, including exerting 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or greater than 50 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than 20 pounds of force constantly.
