Additional Plus :

Oversee and coordinate specialized underground operations; previous experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) is considered a significant plus for managing complex bore path layouts What you'll need

Proven Leadership:

Experience managing crews in underground utility construction (Telecom, Power, or Gas).

Technical Expertise:

A deep understanding of directional boring, trenching, and utility locating. The "Safety Mindset": Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a track record of keeping teams safe.

Communication Skills:

The ability to translate complex blueprints into clear instructions for your team.

Valid Driver's License:

A clean driving record is a must - Having a CDL or willingness to obtain one is preferred!

Preferred Qualification:
