Quarry Foreman Eureka Stone Quarry Inc. | Full-Time | Leadership Role | Great Benefits Are you an experienced leader in the aggregate or mining industry ready to take the next step? Eureka Stone Quarry Inc. is seeking a Quarry Foreman to lead daily operations with a safety-first mindset and drive production excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing plant operations, pit production, equipment, and crew performance. What You'll Do Lead and supervise daily quarry operations (pit & processing plant) Plan and coordinate production, maintenance, and equipment usage Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture Train, mentor, and develop team members Manage schedules, workflow, and crew performance Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Oversee preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Monitor and meet production, safety, and environmental goals What We're Looking For Proven leader with strong decision-making and communication skills Safety-driven mindset with a commitment to best practices Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Requirements Previous mining/aggregate production experience required Minimum 3 years in aggregate operations Supervisory experience in a mining or quarry environment Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, and mobile equipment Experience with drilling, blasting, and plant operations preferred Millwright and welding skills are a plus Understanding of preventative maintenance practices Valid driver's license Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Why Join Eureka Stone Quarry Inc.?
