Overview Working supervisor who can operate heavy equipment. This would include backhoe, grader, excavator, dozer ect. He should be able to get jobs done in a timely & safe manner with the highest quality of workmanship. Duties Set a good example for his workers. Have knowledge of excavating work. Have the skill to fine grade, read grades, read plans.
