Crush/Wash Plant Foreman Northeast Asphalt - Northen Wisconsin Are you a take-charge kind of person with experience running mining crews? Northeast Asphalt is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to oversee day-to-day operations at our portable aggregate sites. Join a family-centered company that values your grit and know-how. What You'll Do Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently: Manage production, schedules, and daily operations Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec Enforce safety practices and work site standards Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors Pitch in when needed - welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it What We Offer Union pay and strong benefits Steady work with projects across Northern Wisconsin Leadership role with room to grow Training and support from long-time industry pros Be part of a company with decades of reputation and pride Where You'll Work This is a portable operation - you'll rotate between sites throughout Northern WI. What You'll Need to Bring Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred) Good with communication and coordinating crews Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to join the union if you're not already a member Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions A strong work ethic and a knack for problem-solving
