Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The Executive Director is the highest executive authority at ConXion and is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all functions of the organization. The Executive Director sets the vision and direction of the organization, ensures financial stability, and develops and implements strategies to achieve organizational goals. The Executive Director will serve as the public face of the organization and represents the organization to external stakeholders. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors. Must live in the San Francisco bay area. Duties and Responsibilities Establish and maintain the organization's strategic vision, ensuring all operations align with that vision while implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals Manage the overall operations of the organization, including policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, or grant restrictions. Oversee financial stability, including budgeting, forecasting, including financial and regulatory reporting. Lead key fund development activities including grant writing, donor development, government opportunities and corporate support to diversify the funding portfolio. Ensure accurate contract management and reporting Oversee staff development to support a high-performing professional staff Develop and sustain partnerships and represent the organization to external stakeholders, donors, and key government and community leaders. Regular reporting to the Board of Directors providing transparent updates on financial health, operational milestones, and progress toward strategic goals to facilitate informed decision-making. Foster a supportive organizational environment that balances professional excellence with a sense of joy, magic, creativity, and purposeful team building.
