Administrative Executive - East Metro Board of
REALTORS
®The East Metro Board of
REALTORS
® (EMBOR) is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Executive to support the daily operations of a professional membership association serving the local real estate community. This role works closely with volunteer leadership to coordinate board meetings, education programs, association events, and member services while helping ensure the organization remains organized and operating efficiently. This is a part time position averaging approximately 30 to 36 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday beginning between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with occasional evening meetings or weekend association events as needed. Candidates should reside in or near the Conyers or Covington area. Occasional paid travel will be required for conferences. Responsibilities include managing daily administrative operations, coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining membership records, supporting education programs and events, coordinating financial documentation with the Financial Oversight Committee, and assisting leadership in implementing association policies, procedures, and bylaws. The ideal candidate is highly organized and comfortable managing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual responsibilities while maintaining schedules, records, and communication for association leadership.

Experience supporting boards, nonprofit organizations, or professional associations is preferred. Familiarity with REALTOR® organizations, GrowthZone, or QuickBooks is a plus. An inactive real estate license is preferred, and any active license would be subject to Board of Directors approval.

Salary range is $34,000 - $41,000 depending on experience. This is a part time position and does not include health benefits. Approved travel and training expenses related to association business will be covered by the association.
