Job Description

Southeast Missouri Network Against Sexual Violence (SEMO-NASV) is a local nonprofit that provides advocacy, forensics, education, and counseling to those that have faced sexual violence in eight counties in southeast Missouri. We believe that through our services we can truly listen to every voice and advocate for every heart.
SEMO-NASV
is specifically looking for: A Full-time Executive Director Success in providing direction for agency staff, board, and partner agencies Develop and maintain business and Human Resource practices, and oversee day-to-day operations of the agency Ensure compliance with funding and accreditation bodies Strong background in writing and monitoring grants History of providing leadership and mentorship to staff members Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills High ethical standards with the ability to maintain confidentiality Exhibit clarity in both verbal and written communication Ability to learn organization specific software, while having the capability to navigate and use standard office computer applications Willingness to travel as needed
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services field, or Business and/or five (5) years' experience working in the non-profit sector Background check and fingerprinting required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with law enforcement, working with clients in a medical setting/child advocacy center, and/or Children's Division
