Job Description

Zero Week Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to fill the role of Campaign Director to lead voter mobilization programs. Zero Week Solutions is a progressive political consulting firm that specializes in direct voter contact on behalf of political candidates and causes - everything from large statewide initiatives to small down-ballot campaigns. The Campaign Director is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the field program in their office and will report directly to an assigned Program Director or Vice President. This is a management level position and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Applicants for the position must possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. They must be able to relocate if necessary without assistance, possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. The willingness to work extended hours and weekends is also required.
Campaign Director Responsibilities:
Management:
Provide staff with the positive leadership culture, resources, guidance and technical support required to succeed during each phase of the program while managing the complex logistics involved with implementing a multi-level management, large-scale field program.
Accountability:
Ensure program staff meet regular goals and benchmarks, ensure the integrity of program data, and regularly report progress to campaign leadership.
Program Administration:
Drive the recruitment, hiring and training of teams. Oversee human resource processes, including employee vetting, onboarding, and payroll.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1 - 2 cycles of previous campaign experience, including experience managing staff is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency with Google Suite especially Google Sheets/Excel, VAN/MiniVAN, PDI, and other CRM software.
Logistical Requirements:
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an ability to relocate as needed. You should also have a laptop and cell phone you are willing to use for the position.
Compensation:
$8,000/Month + Stipends for Health Insurance, Cell Phone Usage, and Work Related Mileage Reimbursement. To be considered, please send a resume, cover letter, and three professional references.
