Ministry Hours 40 hours a week (includes flex time for evening clubs, camps) Status Full-time, salaried, exempt Location Campus Life Hermiston OR / Blue Mountain youth for Christ Reports to Executive Director Supervises Program volunteers, program intern, program kids Date Prepared 6/8/26 Position Summary The Ministry Director is the primary driver of student ministry at Campus Life Hermiston. This role owns the weekly programming, student relationships, volunteer culture, and ministry event calendar — the front lines of reaching young people in Umatilla County. This is not a support or administrative role. The Ministry Director is a skilled, experienced youth minister who can independently plan and execute a full ministry year, develop and retain volunteers, disciple students, and represent Campus Life with credibility at school campuses, churches, and in the community. The Executive Director removes organizational obstacles so the Ministry Director can focus on students. Pay:
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
