Job Description :

The Visions Director of Partnerships & Outreach will assist the Visions Executive Director with any necessary projects / tasks as required, including with the day-to-day operational needs of the organization and the program management & planning and execution of service / service-learning / donor trips abroad (•please note: this role entails planned frequent travel throughout the year) Develop and regularly update an annual development (fundraising / income generation) strategy for the organization in collaboration with the Visions Executive Director, Board of Directors, and in-country leadership in the countries where Visions operates Write and apply for grants and build new partnerships. Manage all related grant compliance, including accounting, reporting, and regular assessment Maintain strong and positive relations with all Visions donors and partners Travel internationally to conduct donor and partnership development trips, conduct partner & program assessments, work in close collaboration with local staff and partners, and assess and manage Visions' projects Help develop and execute an overall strategy, plan, and marketing collateral for building a network of university / college partners, corporate partners, organizations, and other groups interested in coordinating group trips or service-learning experiences & partnerships, with a particular focus on bringing groups to our project in Nicaragua. Assist the Executive Director and development team with fundraising and donor relations duties, including support with event planning, donor reporting, and marketing, as needed.
