)POSITION SUMMARY
(Basic purpose or primary function of job) This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for the support of special events and mission activities, as well as general operational support, of an assigned region, and reports to the Region Vice President .JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
( Principal responsibilities or job duties) 1.Development Support:
Provides logistical and administrative to support fundraising initiatives within the assigned region to help achieve development goals. Pulls reports, updates websites, enters auction items, tracks revenue/expenses, assists with constituent communication, and generally supports Executive Directors, Associate Directors and the Region Vice President. 2.Administrative Support:
Provides administrative support- invoice submissions and tracking, reporting, data entry, etc.
- as assigned and/or needed. Ensures that all administrative support
- scheduling, ordering materials and supplies, submitting invoices, record-keeping, reporting, etc.
