Summary of Job Duties:

Under the direction of the Clinical Command Center Director and the Chief Clinical Access Officer, the Clinical Access Operations Analyst is responsible for building a business intelligence layer to deliver reporting and analytical tools to support data-driven decisions. This analyst has intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of the capabilities of and data within UAMS data warehouses to effectively drive operational decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis as well as reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision makers.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business, Math, Computer Science or similar Minimum three (3) years of experience documenting business or operational needs, scrubbing large datasets, and producing insightful reports. Epic Cogito certification (or within the first year of employment) Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with Excel Pivot Tables. Highly detail-oriented and thorough. Self-motivated problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
