Job Description

Se;by Jennings is partnering with a high-growth boutique investment bank based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market seeking to add a Associate to its M&A team. This Investment Bank operates as Generalist (outside of Healthcare), working on Middle Market mergers and acquisitions transactions with 6-8 live mandates. This individual will play a key role in supporting transaction execution and supporting business development initiatives, operating within a lean, entrepreneurial platform with significant client exposure. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including both sell-side and buy-side advisory Serve as the day-to-day project manager across live deals, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders Work on financial analysis and valuation work, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions Manage the preparation of client-facing materials, including CIMs, management presentations, and pitchbooks Interface directly with clients, private equity firms, and strategic buyers throughout the transaction lifecycle Support Managing Directors in origination efforts, including pitch development and relationship management Mentor and manage Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes and buyer outreach Qualifications 3-6 years of investment banking experience with a strong focus on M&A execution Strong technical capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring Experience working within a boutique or middle-market platform preferred Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree required If there's interest, don't hesistate to apply!
