Power Your Purpose. Join Our Team. About the role RNWBL is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to support our O&M Asset Management operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive continuous improvement by processing data directly from field maintenance teams, operations center personnel and performance data on renewable energy power plants (solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and wind assets. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to apply programming knowledge to real-world energy O&M management operations data. As an Operations Analyst, you will assist in the onboarding of new projects, ensuring contractual compliance for existing projects, and developing scripts to generate KPI metrics to drive continuous operational performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding projects into RNWBL enterprise management systems Review engineering drawings and field inspection reports to create digital twins of Utility Scale Power Plants Develop key performance indicators to improve operational performance and ensure contractual compliance Run and monitor internal scripts used for performance monitoring and diagnostics of utility-scale solar and wind assets Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks using Python and/or SQL Develop data dashboards for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with Field Maintenance, Performance Engineering and Operations Center teams to interpret data trends and anomalies Support documentation of operational processes and workflows Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms and reports Participate in team meetings and provide regular status updates on assigned tasks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field Basic understanding of power generation fundamentals (can identify key components of a PV, Wind, and BESS system from a single-line drawing) Ability to read and understand construction documents (design drawings, control diagrams, specifications, etc.) Working knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA, Database Systems, REST API is required Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus Experience working with a CMMS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Curiosity about renewable energy, sustainability, and/or power systems Eligibility Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field Must be authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally Must be able to navigate between various software platforms and tools Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays and vacation time Career Growth Opportunities within Wind, Solar, and BESS sectors Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Continuous Professional Development Support
