Role:
BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Design Quality Partner to join our client's site in Tucson, AZ. This role will support Product Development Quality activities by partnering with stakeholders to ensure milestone readiness, quality process compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective quality management throughout development projects. The position will also support audits, change management activities, knowledge management, and the adoption of new ways of working that promote agility, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality & Project Support Partner with SQP and applicable stakeholders to ensure completeness and appropriateness of applicable milestone deliverables to ensure milestone readiness and achievement. Review and approve milestone deliverables within development projects. Represent Pre Market Quality in mQMS Communities of Practice (e.g., IRM/Change Control/module). Support internal and external audits. Drive standardization of deliverables across all projects and customer areas (templates, review process, content, and other deliverables). Ensure timely execution and quality process management for design change requests, NCs, and CAPA. Continuous Improvement & Change Management Model behaviors that support and enable new ways of working and a culture of continuous improvement. Adopt Risk Enabler in decision-making. Reduce complexity and drive continuous improvement across customer areas with pragmatic solutions. Embed and continuously improve knowledge management within Pre Market Quality, fostering effective sharing and retention of valuable knowledge and expertise. Ensure effective change management in Product Development Quality, R D, and other functions. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, nurturing a creative and problem-solving mindset throughout Product Development Quality and other functions. Leadership & Collaboration Serve as a role model, exhibiting behaviors that support the transition to a new operating model emphasizing agility, collaboration, and adaptability. Drive decision-making, ensuring timely and informed decisions are made and obtaining commitment for implementation. Serve as a coach, supporting colleagues to grow and develop their skills, fostering a learning and development-oriented environment. Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (BS degree in a directly related discipline).4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Experience:
Minimum experience requirements: Previous quality experience. Collaborative work style. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated potential and willingness to grow in the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as: In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Medical Devices Pharmaceutical Industry Candidates from unrelated fields may also be considered if they have experience working in a regulated industry. About
