Job Description

## Standard Job Description As the Flight Operations Dispatcher/Scheduler you will work closely with the Lockheed Martin Site Lead Pilot on a variety of tasks to support flight test operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling tasks.
  • Track aircrew qualifications, currencies, and training progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records for all Lockheed Martin pilots.
  • Generate and distribute monthly reports.
  • Support daily flight schedule execution, including pre-flight planning, weather briefing, airspace scheduling, real-time weather and aircraft monitoring during operations, and post-flight assistance.
  • Participate in process audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the USAF, FAA, and LM Aero programs.
  • Attention to detail is paramount. ## Basic Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in aviation
  • Familiarity with aircrew and non-aircrew training requirements
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting aviation weather (METARS, TAFS, WSI)
  • Familiarity with flight following procedures
  • Familiarity with DOD flight information publications
  • Familiarity with aircraft in-flight and ground emergencies
  • Some knowledge of of CTA Flight Operations systems applications
  • Familiarity with
DCMAI 8210.1.
  • Experience as a flight dispatcher and/or a radio statio operator
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks. ## Desired Skills
  • Prior aviation dispatch/scheduling experience is desirable.
  • Interpersonal skills are a must and should be comfortable being a central part of flight operations.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
