What You'll Do:

Develop an understanding of the firm's investment platform, private market transactions, and operational processes.

Coordinate investment activities, including subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.

Organize and track investment agreements, onboarding documents, and other transaction-related materials.

Manage internal trackers, calendars, and reporting tools to keep deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding items on track.

Work with custodians, fund administrators, external investment managers, and internal teams to coordinate operational needs.

Assist with funding activities, wire preparation, and tracking cash movements.

Support secondary transactions and other investment-related projects.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and make better use of internal systems.

Help develop and maintain procedures and documentation as the platform continues to grow.

Bring a high level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail to daily responsibilities.
