Description Anisa Henry is partnered with an innovative financial technology platform focused on improving operational efficiency and access within the private markets ecosystem. The platform supports investment professionals and institutions throughout the private investment lifecycle, including investment due diligence, fund operations, portfolio management, and reporting. As the Fund Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting fund operations and treasury activities across a diverse portfolio of investment vehicles. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational processes that support fund administration, including capital activity, cash movements, credit facility administration, investor records management, and coordination with external service providers and internal stakeholders. + CPA designation preferred

+ Demonstrated ability to take ownership, solve problems proactively, and drive initiatives through completion

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions

+ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-growth environment

+ Interest in leveraging technology, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve processes and efficiency Key Responsibilities

+ Support fund operations, including transaction processing, cash management, reconciliations, and expense tracking

+ Oversee operational workflows throughout the investment lifecycle and ensure accurate recordkeeping

+ Coordinate with third-party service providers, custodians, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution

+ Respond to client and investor-related operational inquiries with a high level of service and accountability

+ Monitor and reconcile fund activity, balances, fees, and expenses

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

+ Develop and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and controls
