What to Expect The Tesla Megapack Business Operations team seeks a talented and eager individual to support all operational aspects of the Megapack business, including contract verification and amendments, order management, delivery planning, billing, payment collection and reporting. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that involves tackling complex operational challenges and drives Megapack business growth. You will have the opportunity to partner with our B2B Sales team to bring projects from bids to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-function teams to solve commercial and operational problems. You will be exposed to a wide range of business subjects like commercial negotiations, budget planning, international trade and logistics, system and AI tool development, etc. What You'll Do

Review and verify contract terms before contract execution; amend contract price and commercial terms post execution

Arrange shipment and fulfil other contractual obligations for signed orders

Manage cash forecast, billing and payment activities

Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and solve first-time commercial or operations issues

Collaborate with customers on post-contracting topics

Support process improvement initiatives and system/AI tool development What You'll Bring

Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years' experience in a high-impact, cross-functional, commercial role or contract-management role

Proven ability to comprehend complex contractual terms, identify risks and translate into actionable items

Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management, analytics and AI tools, and able to learn/adapt quickly

Strong resilience in handling competing priorities, high-pressure situations, and extended work periods when needed

Demonstrated track record of executing complex tasks with flawless accuracy, managing meticulous records, and taking total ownership of project outcomes

Prior experience in Latin America or Spanish-speaking is preferred

Expected Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
