Full-Time Overview Hiring a Branch Operations Specialist or Officer (based on experience) to support daily branch operations, deliver excellent customer service, and provide team leadership. This role requires travel between branches. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalations Perform teller transactions and open new accounts Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations Handle daily reports, file maintenance, and account reviews Support branch security and operational standards Train, coach, and support branch staff Assist with scheduling and team coverage Partner with Branch Manager on growth and retention Complete 10 hours/year of paid CRA volunteer service Additional Responsibilities Officer Level (Sales Focus): Lead sales efforts and drive deposit growth Develop client relationships and generate new business Specialist Level (Service Focus): Provide hands-on staff support, training, and customer retention

Supervisory Scope Specialist:

Lead up to 2 employees

Officer:

Lead up to 5 employees and act as branch lead when needed

Qualifications Specialist:

5+ years banking 2+ years supervisory & operations experience

Officer:

8+ years banking 4+ years supervisory & operations experience

Both:
