• Act as a primary point of contact for active client engagements
• Lead market outreach, buyer targeting, and relationship management efforts
• Play a hands-on, meaningful role throughout the full M&A process
• Partner closely with senior bankers in executing sell-side transactions
• Represent the firm in client and buyer meetings with a strong emphasis on communication and professionalism
• Contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded office environment
• Help lead ongoing training and development, with increasing responsibility over time Qualifications
• 3-5 years of relevant investment banking experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in client-facing situations
