OPERATIONS ANALYST III

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO
The Select Group is seeking an Operations Analyst III with a strong reporting focus to support a high-volume operational environment. This role will primarily assist with reporting, process documentation, and analysis related to inventory, budgets, SOWs, ISP tickets, and SLAs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Bring:
Advanced Excel skills (heavy reporting environment) Experience working with JIRA or similar tools Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights Experience documenting processes and workflows Self-starter with a proactive, "go-getter" mindset Strong communication skills; must be comfortable working closely with leadership and asking questions
Bonus Experience:
Background in finance or financial reporting Experience identifying cost savings opportunities
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports across multiple data sources Extract and analyze data from JIRA and other systems Produce and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports Track and report on inventory, budgets, and operational metrics Document processes and workflows (especially SOW-related processes) Publish and maintain documentation on internal platforms (e.g., Chalk) Conduct research and take initiative on process improvements Work closely with the hiring manager to gather requirements and clarify needs Collaborate with team members for onboarding and knowledge transfer Team Environment Highly collaborative, hands-on environment Requires close interaction with the hiring manager Candidate must be confident and not easily intimidated Support and training will be provided by team members TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
