Full Job Description Operations Analyst:
Location :
Onsite, Washington, D.C.
Clearance Required :
Top-Secret/SCI The Operations Analyst performs a variety of Training Functions and Administrative duties that are necessary to run the organization efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and facilitate remote-based training in a virtual environment Classroom training in FBI facilities, and blended learning utilizing technology Create training schedules, coordinate with instructors, complete training announcements, compile applications and participant information Facilitate virtual and in-person training iterations, address student questions and concerns Maintain training records, training websites, conduct post-training surveys, and provide course evaluation data to instructors and unit management Review and generate reports in Virtual Academy Support the customer with administrative duties Build and execute mission-critical training for language professionals Provide day-to-day customer service communicating with Language professionals and various customers, soliciting feedback and using it to improve work products and services Support the enhancement of customer service and satisfaction Assist with the program's projects, to include preparing communication materials, running reports and producing surveys by effectively using facts, data, and logical arguments Perform additional duties during the absence of other team members
Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience as a Training Coordinator (preferred) High school diploma and three (3) years of general office experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or relevant training may be substituted for experience. Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Experience operating standard office equipment
