Oversee batch records, manage Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA/5 Whys) to implement corrective actions (CAPAs). Track quality trends to eliminate systemic risks.
Enforce strict quality checkpoints across the entire supply chain???including receiving, production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping. Conduct regular floor observations to catch and mitigate risks in real time. Manage the approved supplier program using quality scorecards and audits. Investigate customer complaints, analyze feedback, and implement process updates to improve the client experience.
Lead the implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance required to achieve and hold
Proficiency in GMP, SOPs, NCR/RCA processes, intermediate Excel, and digital recordkeeping.
Experience with wet chemistry or related lab testing is preferred; a willingness to learn hands-on lab skills is required.
