Operations and Performance Support Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an Operations and Performance Improvement Analyst to drive operational efficiency and excellence across multiple locations, focusing on project coordination, data analysis, and process improvement. This role will support the standardization, automation, and optimization of technology within the practices. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement process improvements, provide data-driven insights, and support strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Preffered.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in operations analysis, project coordination, healthcare operations, or a related field.
