Job Description

Operations Analyst Solid Waste Operations Analyst position for Solid Waste in Naples, Florida. Below are the details for this role:

  • Schedule:
    Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM
  • Requirements:
    Ability to read, write, and speak English; must complete background and drug screenings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, or 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Job Functions:
  • Process requisitions and invoices in compliance with contracts and process requirements.
  • Compile, review, and track Division metrics and contracts using spreadsheets.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute weekly reports, budgeting, and forecasting materials.
  • Conduct online/phone research and verify report accuracy against source data.
  • Assist with county workflows, paperwork, and general administrative duties (filing, scheduling, emailing).
