UES is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to help drive our technology and process design efforts at UES, this is a key strategic role, as part of the ongoing growth and enhancement of our company's technology capabilities. As Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for consulting on and contributing to our multi-year strategic Enterprise Application Suite implementation, including ERP, CRM, HCM and Ops applications, supporting the vision and future direction of UES. You will lead the organizational readiness assessments and training and communications planning and execution efforts in collaboration with project managers, business leaders, and key internal/external partners at all levels. The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes across the organization to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. This role leads continuous improvement initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall performance, while deploying EAS systems and processes across the nation. This role is an on-site position located at our Headquarters in Orlando, FL. Travel expectations for this position may be 60% or more.Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and document project related activities of large scale and highly visible projects that will vary in scope and affected business units, manage resources within assigned project teams in a matrix environment, and document the project's activities. Manage a portfolio of projects on behalf of the internal clients and identify priorities, dependencies, and conflicts where multiple business initiatives are being managed. Manage and lead an assembled project team in effectively addressing project objectives according to the priority, schedule, and cost. Identify necessary technical skill sets and competencies required to complete objectives; partner with Service Line Councils and cross-functional team members to deliver against project objectives. Document Service Line discussions, including any action items and deliverables; engage with members to ensure projects are on track. Maintain qualitative and quantitative data / information on process and project initiatives, project results, and tool evaluations; develop and track relevant KPIs across the enterprise. Complete tasks assigned by leadership in an efficient and timely manner. Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Design and implement optimized workflows, procedures, and process standards. Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams. Partner with department leaders to understand operational challenges and implement solutions. Facilitate process workshops and improvement sessions with stakeholders.Qualifications:

PMP certification or similar certification 3+ years previous experience in project management, process improvement, consulting, or a similar role Business savvy: ability to connect the dots between functions and across various regions / branches Highly organized and able to multitask Demonstrated strong partnering skills Demonstrated strong interpersonal and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Able to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business optimization Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives Understanding of ERP applications is desired but not required. Experience with Deltek products is a plus Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesTravel Requirements:
This position does require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. Travel may be required, up to 60%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business needs. #LI-JW1Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment. The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions. The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms.
