What You'll Do Review orders and transactions for signs of suspicious activity Investigate fraud alerts and manage assigned review queues Research chargebacks and payment disputes, gather evidence, and prepare responses Spot patterns in fraud activity, disputes, and order behavior Use fraud, payment, and order management platforms to research cases and document findings Work with other teams to resolve fraud-related questions and escalations Recommend improvements to our fraud review processes ? What We're Looking For Recent grad or early-career candidate in Criminal Justice, Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Curious, investigative mindset - you like figuring out what really happened Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment Clear writer who documents accurately Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and time-sensitive deadlines Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets = bonus points ?
