Candidates must have experience with Varicent, Workday, and ThoughtSpot, which are considered a significant advantage. Accounting experience is strongly recommended. The role involves working onsite 3-4 days per week, depending on project needs, and a laptop will be provided. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Consult with internal and external clients and vendors to identify project needs, gaps, and timelines. Arrange stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities. Execute assigned tasks and ensure team accountability to support overall project plans. Prepare project deliverables using a variety of software, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet, to create PowerPoints, videos, and reports. Support SIT, UAT, E2E, and PAR testing for assigned workstreams. Contribute to Deployment and Operational Readiness activities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred experience in compensation operations. Understanding of financials, payables, and expenses. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and complex teams. Proficiency in complex math equations. Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes. Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Ability to execute communication and project plans effectively. Experience drafting business requirement documents and leading requirement gathering. Self-motivated with ownership of responsibilities. Strong communication and organizational skills with global stakeholder engagement. Ability to plan, prioritize, and hold self and others accountable. Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency. Detail-oriented with consistent results delivery. Sound decision-making skills, especially with sensitive data. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required. This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.75/hour - $41.00/hour
