The Operations Analyst Principal compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities managing people and resources. Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives. Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1. Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required. Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads Ensuring team members understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members. BA/BS (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience

As an Operations Analyst Principal, the work you'll do at ARMA will be impactful to the mission of the customer. You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data pertaining to operations and organizations. You will support the customers force protection and identity data management efforts. Collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable products. Drive to work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinate participation, and input in the development of global plans. Utilize relevant technologies and services while being prepared to include emerging tools and procedures as necessary.

Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
6+ years of related military experience or 10+ Civilian Equivalent Technical skills: Microsoft office Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI clearance US citizenship required Project Manager experience Role requirements:
Military Experience, Special Operations, Logistics Optional Skills and Abilities:
Commercial or Military Aviation Experience Commercial maritime experience Commercial finance and banking experience

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
