Camp H M Smith, HI Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Staff supervision Managing logistics operations teams Team leadership Full Job Description MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manages the analysis of product delivery workflows and supply chain activities. Implement process improvements based on route activity data and shipment tracing results. Lead Technical Teams in preparing comprehensive Logistics Reports for senior review. Leads the planning and execution of RSOI segments, including the reception and staging of equipment at ports of disembarkation. Coordinate market research to identify communication devices and available transportation resources within the theater. Validate the assembly and organization of arriving materiel into mission-ready configurations. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and 10+ years of experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education) Experience in leading RSOI Functional Teams and managing quality gate oversight for logistics artifacts
Preferred Qualifications:
CSCP certification. Experience with Global Combat Support System (GCSS). Foundational knowledge of
PACOM AOR
infrastructure.
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
