12+ Months with extension Intake Notes Intermediate to Advance skills in Excel are required for this role Helpful if experience using CRM SAP, Power BI, Monday.com, Snowflake. Customer-facing experience is required POC for any product ordering Liaison between Client & Japan Excellent verbal & written communication skills required Bilingual in Japanese Language skills strongly preferred Familiarity with data analysis, logistics and supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Overview:
Under moderate supervision, responsible for managing delivery schedules according to customer need and factory capacity. This position involves leading communication with the external customer, optimizing manufacturing schedules with the factory, enforcing contractual agreements and fees, influencing customer scorecard, and managing forecast changes internally and externally to meet revenue goals. Communicate delivery timing to the customer for both new and reuse equipment globally. Interface directly with customer to optimize delivery schedules to meet internal revenue targets and correct any forecast errors. Collaborate with sales to strategically negotiate and adjust delivery schedule to meet revenue goals. Provides delivery performance metrics as requirement for customer scorecards, influencing and negotiating most favorable results. Reconciliation of fees and remedies associated with on-time delivery (this may include credit memos for transit reimbursement to the customer). Employ mechanisms such as expedite and cancellation fees to mitigate impacts to the manufacturing lines, per department strategy. Resolve customs related issues including working with customer logistics teams or carrier. Maintains confidentiality and security of customers, products, and materials. Schedule and contribute to multiple customer meetings regarding forecast, order and delivery. Optimize manufacturing schedules and manage slots with factory stakeholders and ensure quality. Create and implement strategies for maximizing revenue. Lead customer meetings and resolve customer escalations and issues. Resolve quality excursions and contribute to CIP initiatives to address risks to supply chain. Ensure KPIs are accurately maintained and reported on a regular cadence. Utilize data analytics tools to create and analyze reports that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency. Align with Sales to ensure revenue goals are met according to delivery forecast.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree with 6 years of related experience; or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree. 2 years of relevant industry experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs): Solid analytical skills with ability to independently troubleshoot issues and employ critical thinking to solve novel problems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other Microsoft Office applications. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and effectively with team members and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively. Self-driven worker that requires minimal oversight to perform successfully.

Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
