225788 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Business Process Specialist I (BPS). Responsibilities include ensuring business process functionality is properly utilized in business unit locations and providing on and off-site support to those locations; supporting the evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives in a defined business unit or business process, and assisting in the development in the delivery or training programs or presentations communicating process revisions to the organization. Skills/Qualifications Required 1+ years' related experience and knowledge of the area in which processes are being evaluated and improved. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
